• • This adjustable band comes with a silicone mid-section and a Velcro closure.

• • Band firms the jawline and promotes lymph drainage by massaging the 10-point pressure nodules on the band.

How to Use:

1. 1. Wrap the band around your chin, making sure the side with the 10-point pressure nodules is touching your skin.

1. 1. Pull ears through the ear holes.

1. 1. Adjust the Velcro strap to fit the band snugly around your head.

1. 1. Gently apply pressure on the 10-point pressure nodules to massage your skin.

1. Massage for 10-20 minutes. Remove the band.\
